"Having quick access to Forest Park itself is a HUGE boost to our quality of life. Designed by the father of landscape design, it has everything. Add to that the easy access to freeways, shops, and anything else you could need, and you’ve got a place that is worth looking into."

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have found this school to have an atmosphere which allows Educators to punish very young child inappropriately.I find they discriminate, embarrass, place blame, take no responsibility and show not one ounce of empathy or compassion. The children are not the problem. They are 5and6 year old babies. They have many years ahead. Let them enjoy their youth. There are real problems in the world. We don't need to create more.Parent Review2y ago7 Reviews - Kensington International School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe Principal never seems to know what is going on. She seems to have no control over the children in her school. I had to speak to her several times about a bullying issue, but she couldn't even remember the countless times I had been in there to speak to her. It is probably because she walks away and sends me to another staff member to solve the issue. She is one of the least effective and passive administrators I have ever encountered in my entire school career. I think the school would be a much more productive environment if the state replaced her as principal. Furthermore, my daughter hates this school. The children are constantly disrupting my daughter when trying to learn. She has been bullied with minimal action taken by the school. She used to love school, but now she doesn't even want to go. She constantly comes home visibly upset. It has come to a point that I may have to drop out of school myself, just to home school my daughter because the principal is really that frustrating to deal with.Parent Review10y ago3 Reviews - Sumner Avenue School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a joke! The best thing that happened to this school is Mr. Timothy Garvey. They have the worst staff and facility you’d ever experience. Their special education department is a joke so are the counselors. They are always in non compliance for not following IEP’s. And let’s not forget that every week they have their hands out for money and host bogus fundraisers. Those children raise thousands of dollars and never go on field trips! I don’t see how this school is still open and running. If you want your child to have a real education do NOT send them here!!Parent Review1mo ago5 Reviews - Washington School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe primary teachers are great. However, there is an over abundance of heavily accented bilingual teachers aids. While this may not be a major issue for some, it gets to be a major issue when there are the ones in charge of helping students read and spell. Another issue is lack of help when a student has a learning disability. And forget about trying to get a call back from the person in charge of learning disability testing. The nurse is very rude and loves to boundry stomp on a parents wishes and rights. The principle is a very nice woman, but could stand to make some changes in staffing and maybe get some fluent english speaking teachers Aids to help those students who do not speak spanish and still need some extra help. Ms. Howell teaches Kindergarten and is simply amazing-very sweet, very helpful, such a smart lady and has not lost her spark and love of teaching, my son absolutely loved and enjoyed her class... My opinion though, dont move to springfield, dont put your kids in springfield schools. The whole district is terrible overall.Parent Review12y ago1 Reviews - White Street School
