There is a perfect balance of convenience (to work, shopping, etc.) and spaciousness, with friendly neighbors, a community feel, and a general sense of “pride in ownership” among neighbors. While we prefer the “established” neighborhoods that have been around for many decades and have been kept up with nicely, there are also new developments that still have character and charm."
