This house has been extremely well insulated. The house is currently heated with oil but natural gas is being brought to the house in the spring and the boiler will be converted to natural gas. One year lease required. First, last and security deposit required to move in. Tenant responsible for all utilities including electric, oil, gas and water. Tenant responsible for snow removal and yard maintenance. No smoking

    "Not unique a lot of people around, just a not so quite area, you just get used to it. Make sure you know the area before moving in, scope it out, make sure it’s a safe community for your kids and yourself as well if you plan to live alone. Don’t live alone out here though. "
