Two story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in quiet neighborhood. Great sunny back yard and deck with forest land behind.
Kitchen includes oven/stove, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer dishwasher/two bay sink and dinging nook over looking backyard.
Mudroom, living room, and library/study, master bedroom all on first floor.
Second floor is two bedrooms (one could be made into an office) and a full bathroom.

There is a garage on site that the tenant does not have access to.
Landlord lives nearby.
About 3 miles to Cornell, downtown Ithaca or Ithaca College. Closest bus stop is 1/2 mile down the road. No sidewalks. Bikeable if you like riding hills.

Accessibility: There is one step to enter the house which could be converted into a ramp at tenant's request. Kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom all on the first floor. Bathtub must be stepped over to enter the shower.
Parking right in front of the house.

The house will be rented furnished. Available in September 2026. Long term tenants welcome!

Water is included in the rent. Recycling is free and trash is included in rent.

    "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
