Welcome to our condo! This unit was fully renovated in 2025 and is located in the peaceful community of Fairway Condominiums. It is 841 square feet and the renovation included new flooring, paint, and appliances, including a new refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The central heating HVAC system was replaced in 2024 as well and the bathroom has new amenities.

Our unit is located near several recreational and nature parks, as well as golf courses in the vicinity. Shopping malls are also located less than a mile from the condo. Metro bus lines connect this unit to the Glenmont Metro station, just 3 miles south. Accessibility to car-free transport to anywhere in the DC and Beltway area is just around the corner.

Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
