Conveniently located in St. Augustine, this property offers access to local shopping, dining, entertainment, and the area's beautiful beaches and historic attractions.

IMPORTANT PROPERTY DETAILS: This unit is part of a multifamily property with another tenant residing in the neighboring unit. The RV garage space is NOT included in the rental, and tenants will have no access to this area.

PET POLICY: Pet-friendly with a maximum of ONE pet permitted, subject to approval. A $500 non-refundable pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent apply.

UTILITIES & LAWN MAINTENANCE: Tenants are responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance throughout the lease term.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are required. Last month's rent may also be required depending on credit and application qualifications. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete a rental application, including background screening, credit verification, employment/income verification, and rental history review. The application fee is $100 per adult.

Renters insurance is required throughout the lease term. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property.
