Description

Lovely, apartment in the heart of downtown. We are listing it for a bit less than typical because it could use a paint job, but is in otherwise great shape. So, if you are looking for a good place to stay longer term, this could be a great option to get in at a lower rent rate.

The apartment has great natural light, good sized rooms, two large closets, and a great bathroom. It has all new windows for better insulation and gets an excellent cross breeze in months when windows can be opened. Tenants can access a shared laundry and building internet for additional costs.

While the apartment has no off street parking, there are several lots behind the apartment that currently have affordable spaces for rent. It is also possible to get a street permit (for a small fee) from the city that would allow you to park on the street.

Landlord pays: water/sewer, trash recycling.

Tenant pays: electric

Short term leases may be considered at a premium. Typical term is one year.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere inside of the building; this includes vaping.

Pets are permitted with certain limitations. Generally speaking, we try to limit it to two pets, and our insurance company will not allow for the usual restricted breeds of dogs. We do occasionally allow a third pet and some breeds of dogs over 40 pounds on a case by case basis.

A (free) pre-application is required before scheduling a showing. The pre-application does not ask for any sensitive information and there is no application fee. The pre-application also has a link to our full application if you do have issues like credit, and want to submit the full application to see if we can work with you. The listing will not allow us to post the link here, so we will share it with you when you reach out about the apartment.
