Non-Refundable Application Fee: $50 Per Applicant 18year and older
All approved applicants must have renters\' insurance. A copy of the confirmation is needed before moving in.
APPLICANTS WILL BE APPROVED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
1. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
2. All applicants over 18 years of age will be required to complete a rental application.
3. 4 recent paystubs or offer letter if work history is less than 1 month.
4. Current employment status will be verifiable.
5. All applicants will be processed through a Nationwide Reports which covers Criminal, Credit and Eviction.
6. Minimum 600 credit score
7. Any false or misrepresented information on the application will cause the application to be denied.
OCCUPANCY STANDARDS
Our rental application requires you to list all occupants who will be residing in your apartment. Photo identification and social security of all adults is required.
