The property is on a well and septic system. Renters must pay for utilities (propane, trash, electricity, internet, etc.), keep the property free of weeds for fire safety, and pay for pest/insect control services as required.

Tenants may only keep, house, or board their own pets. Pets must be licensed and/or registered.

Prospective renters must apply for a credit check and complete a rental screening application that includes job history, rent history, and references.
