"People mind there own business. With that being said, everyone still are very watchful of their neighbors and neighborhood safety. Early am and evening you’ll see folks walking their dogs and are very mindful of others. Over all everyone is friendly and wave as they pass you by. Love Sun City, it’s nice,feel comfortable and safe. With the exception of a few coyotes. "

"The only community events I attend I do in Menifee, Murrieta, or Temecula. Sun City is a retirement community and not conducive to families with kids. "

"We have potlucks in our small clubhouse which includes a pool and spa. We have Commununity card games, along with bingo, once a year bbq etc "

"The City of Menifee is an awesome safe place to live. Great weather, tons of shopping and so close to wine country. San Diego, the mountains, beaches, Las Vegas and LA are nearby."

"We have an active HOA with a diverse and rich menu of activity clubs on a large campus. The town of Menifee is fairly tight and puts on neat things like Car Shows. "

"We lived here for fifteen years this is a wonderful retirement community. Has large senior center includes two large heated pools , wood shop , weight room and many hobby and club rooms . Also has beautiful outdoor lawn bowling area and amphitheater . "
