"People mind there own business. With that being said, everyone still are very watchful of their neighbors and neighborhood safety. Early am and evening you’ll see folks walking their dogs and are very mindful of others. Over all everyone is friendly and wave as they pass you by. Love Sun City, it’s nice, feel comfortable and safe. With the exception of a few coyotes. "
