This is a small studio with a private entrance,I'm looking for someone that is a single person no drugs and has a job.Looking for a quiet stable person to rent this private room too all bills included. this is not connected to our house at all so it's completely private looking for someone that has a clean record and is responsible. This is not a party house and I am looking for a respectable person.
