Room Description

Junior suite with own bathroom and closet in a brand new home. Street parking only.
Laundry and light cooking privileges. Utilities included (WiFi, electricity, water, trash). $100 extra per month in rent in June, July, August due to AC use.
Non-smoker (tobacco and marijuana). Please have full-time employment. Please provide proof of employment by way of two most recent pay stubs. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am, occasional overnight guests allowed. This is not a party house/flop house and belligerent behavior or careless actions will not be tolerated. I will respect your privacy and expect you to do the same.

Please keep your rented space clean and free of clutter. Please clean up after yourself in any common areas.
No tobacco products of any kind allowed.
Absolutely no illegal drugs on premises.
Marijuana use prohibited.
Occasional guests allowed.
Rent due by 5th day of the month.
Month-to-month lease. If you need to vacate, you can vacate at your convenience. I will provide 30 day notice to vacate.
If you engage in unlawful acts or willfully damage the premises, law enforcement will be notified and you will be required to vacate within 24 hours.
