"The Elementary school does a trick or treet event every Halloween. The Palm Canyon church does an event as well, that has food and obsticals for kids. I grew up in this area K-12. Low crime, but you hear a lot of fireworks through the year. "

"I have lived here for 5 years and is very quiet. a lot of nature and I know my neighbors. also go for walks and you can actually see the stars at night."

"It’s pretty cheap here...rent isn’t too bad. 60 freeway traffic is ALWAYS bad. There’s some good hole in the wall restaurants that are pretty good. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years. Only moving a few blocks away to stay in. It's a clean neighborhood, no issues with the law around here. Families are nice, and kids are able to walk to school or the store safely. "

"I live in the Moreno Beach / Ironwood area. Traffic in the housing area is very light. No through streets in the neighborhood. Christian school on Ironwood, very good. Absolutely no night life in the local area unless you count Chili"s"

"This is a great subdivision with large lots. Minimum size is 1/2 acre. Great area for families, retirees, and couples. Many local parks, schools, and community centers."
