This pretty 1st floor unit is ideally located close to the entrance and features 1BR, 1 Bath, neutral paint & carpet, updated cozy kitchen with newer appliances, wood-burning fireplace and an exterior storage closet. Best part: the owner pays the condo fee which includes a lot: gas for dryer, hot water and cooking; trash and snow removal; 2 pool passes and use of tennis courts as well as the $250 yearly sewer fee! Tenants are responsible for: electric; gas for heat; cable and the $200 OFC move-in fee - that's it! Owner will allow up to 2 cats with a non-refundable pet fee; no dogs are permitted in the community. Immediate Occupancy - don't delay; these units go quickly....
