We have a very nice upstairs, two-bedroom one-bath apartment for rent. Unit has a beautifully newly-refinished, bathtub/shower. Apartment has granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. There is fresh paint, nice carpeting and linoleum throughout. There are two good sized bedrooms with extra wide closets. Apartment also has nice size linen storage and a coat closet as well. There is plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. Appliances are included: Refrigerator, cook-top, oven, broiler, remote-control operated ceiling fan in the dining room.

Rent is $1950, with a $1950 deposit.
Length of Lease can be Month-To-Month, or a One-Year. Whichever you prefer.

There is on site laundry and a communal BBQ area. Eventual on-site parking included in the rent; Until that time, this side of Redondo parking is very easy.
