- Looking for a responsible and reliable tenant who would help maintain the unit & appliances in the great condition it was received, given all is new!
- Also looking for a flexible tenant who would not be inconvenienced by the potential barking & noise of our outdoor large breed dog or us hosting occasional family gatherings in our backyard

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year commitment to occupy the unit as this is a new build
- First & last month's rent upon move-in ($2,800) to provide us comfort in your availability to satisfy the monthly payments
- A $500 Deposit will be collected for any potential damages upon move-in as well, it can be refunded assuming there are no damages to the unit or property upon move-out
- We will request paystubs & work history as well as other potential creditworthiness metrics
- Ideally looking for someone to occupy the property sometime before November 14th.
