We are a smaller beach area apartment complex in the desirable Belmont Heights area of Long Beach California. We currently have a lower nice, large two-bedroom one-bath apartment for rent; available for move-in now. The apartment is bright, warm, cheerful, clean and inviting, good sized and well maintained. Rent is: $1895 per month, with a matching deposit of $1895. I also have an Upstairs two-bedroom one-bath. This unit has a newly beautifully refinished bathtub, granite counters, painted kitched, good sized bedrooms separated by a large bathroom (no shared wall). There is a coat closet, great linen closet space and very large bedroom closets. Rent for this unit is $1950 plus a $1950 deposit.

Building also has on-site laundry, a great tropical green communal BBQ/dining patio area and once it is available, parking that is already included in your rent. Regarding parking, in the interim, parking on the street is VERY EASY here. We are three major blocks from the ocean. Close to many local hot spots and outdoor biking, boating and water activities. We are looking for good quiet renters, with good rental histories.
