We currently have 3 apartment units for rent: We have 1 upstairs very-very cute, bright, sunny, clean and inviting one bedroom - one bath apartment, that rents for $1350 per month. We also have 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs very large, two bedroom one bath units available as well, these 2 bedroom apartments rent for $1895 per month. All are available now. No pets allowed in this building. We do have on-site laundry, a great communal BBQ/dining patio area and once it is available, parking that is already included in your rent. We are three major blocks from the ocean. Close to many local hot spots and outdoor biking and boating activities. Looking for good quiet renters with good rental histories.
