Donegal Crossing is a town home community conveniently located between Elizabethtown and Mt Joy. It is only a 20 minute drive to Hershey, Lancaster, and Harrisburg. There is a nice pool and a small gym for tenants to use.

35 Covington Court is a nice end or row town home. It has a first floor full bath and bedroom, a full sized unfinished basement, and the 2nd floor has a nice laundry room, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath.

There is also a nice rear patio and a small storage shed as well.

$25/applicant to apply. Applicant needs to have 620+ credit score, income needs to be 2.5xs rent, and we need at least 1 good rental reference. There is a $200 lease admin fee once a lease is signed.

Tenants are responsible for a $45/month Resident Benefit Package along with the gas, electric, and a $170/quarter sewer bill.
