"There is are bus stops near. Not much for shopping or restaurants within walking distance. It is more a business/industrial area, within the Cherry Creek School Dist."

  • Danielle R.
"I wouldn’t call it a family friendly neighborhood, except for the library being right across the plaza. "
  • Nicolebiggs777
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 10 years. Medical helicopters, ambulance and fire trucks are constantly running with their sirens. The neighborhood is mostly seniors. There are a ton of restaurants, shops and 2 grocery stores in walking distance. It’s..okay here"
  • Katlynn C.
"Close to a park for dogs to play, neighbors are always walking their dogs. Quiet streets with not a lot of cars"
  • Leah M. W.
"It’s alright to have dogs. There are no dog parks nearby, but the park itself is ok for dogs and most people are dog friendly. "
  • Lizgoodstuff
"Still has a small town, old school feel, but just 15 minutes to Downtown, Cherry Creek and the DTC. 2 light rail station stops within walking distance. Bordered by eclectic South Broadway with several locally owned restaurants and authentic dive bars."
  • Renee L.
"Huge park for dogs and people. The city keeps it nice and tidy. Nice side walks for walking, skate boarding."

  • Judy
"Perfect for kids and families, it's pretty quiet and safe and the library is right here. The staff iba friendly also"
  • Rachel H.
"Walking trails and a designated off leash area adjacent to the ball-field are a coupled the highlights in this super dog friendly area. There is a Pet Supply store in walking distance which offers grooming services as well as a self serve dog wash. This is very useful as we have easy access to the river trails and sometimes the pups get a little bit muddy! There are also a couple of nearby dog parks in easy driving distance, but with this much river trail and lake side, you can get plenty of walking done right here in the neighborhood."
  • T
"A one mile drive to 25 makes my commute great. Fuel and groceries aren’t far, and there’s a number of places to eat in my location. "
  • vague
"homeless people live here with us. They are a type of Street person who dwell up and down allyways and occasionally scrounge up enough to get a motel room on Broadway. As a result, the Ally separating Broadway from Lincoln, is where they most live. "
  • T.G
"the park, near schools and near plenty of stores restaurants etc. great place for kids and nice views at the park with a great trail."
  • Wicrick2001
"Lot of single techies in my area as we’re close to Denver Tech Center. Also right behind us is the Cherry Creek Eco Park and Trails so plenty of bike and walking paths with a small stream. "
  • Beth H.
"I'm lucky enough to have a super easy commute to and from my neighborhood. Belleview offers quick access to Santa Fe and I-25. There are also a few light rails close around if you need."
  • Ashley K.
"It's mostly residential. Lots of apartments and houses with little businesses until Broadway, so you have to walk a bit to get there. "
  • Ashley K.
"Using the crosswalks and walking safety is extremely important. People speed all over this area and I'd just want parents to be prepared to avoid that."
  • Beth H.
"Come prepared for anything! You never know if you'll be in the water, riding the train, or petting goats!"
