We allow monthly lease for however many months you needs. Utilities including Wi-Fi are included in the price of $975, No pets allowed and no smoking inside condo. A month noticed is needed before breaking the lease.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
