About this House

Furnished executive home coming available on October 1, 2026 for short-term rental! Located in West Florence in an established and desirable area, this two story home is furnished with most essentials. A formal dining room, separate den and family room are downstairs as well as a living room, breakfast area, and half bath. Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, another full bathroom, two additional furnished bedrooms with queen beds, and another bedroom without a bed that can be used for an office or bonus space. Large screened-in porch overlooks the fenced-in back yard and lake! All utilities including wifi, trash service, and lawn maintenance are provided. Appliances provided include refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, and clothes dryer.

Application Fee - $75.00
Administrative Fee due prior to move-in - $100.00
Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent.

Security deposit of $3,350 and a cleaning fee of $250 is required.

Pets are permitted, but size, quantity and breed restrictions apply and all pets must be approved. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet.

This is a non-smoking home. No commercial activity may be conducted on this property. The garage is not accessible.

Just remember land marks and you will be just fine finding your way around. I have met so many people that moved to Florence and said it’s easy learning to get around the city. "
