One block from a nice park. The backyard is large.
Since the owners occasionally need a place to stay when in town, one bedroom and an office are not available for the tenant to use.
The rest of the house is available to use anytime.
This is an ideal living arrangement for one person.

Tenant is responsible for paying the electricity bill, the water bill, garbage pickup, and WiFi, as well as basic maintenance such as yard upkeep, keeping the house clean, and changing the air filter.
Since the owners will be keeping the electric bill, water bill, and wifi in their name, the tenant will receive a monthly utility bill directly from the owner via Zillow.

Just remember land marks and you will be just fine finding your way around. I have met so many people that moved to Florence and said it’s easy learning to get around the city. "

    "There are dogs and cats , squirrels, birds etc. here. There are a lot of families with children. Many people walk the neighborhood. Some people have golf carts they drive around the area. Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."

    "We can ride our bikes over to Walmart, Dairy Queen and Sam’s Club, although I wouldn’t let children do this unsupervised. We can also walk to these places. We are only 5 minutes to the mall, and other shopping areas; and the Post Office. It is a great location."
