The home is fully furnished, meaning all furniture remains in place for your stay. While listed as a three-bedroom, the layout functions as a two-and-a-half bedroom, featuring two traditional bedrooms along with a dedicated summer room equipped with its own private air conditioner making it a convenient space for children, visiting family, or an in-law suite.

Please note that this is an established, older property rather than new construction. In exchange for handling some minor upkeep or light property care during your time here, we are very open to offering a discounted rate.
