Free washer and dryer in basement shared with other units. Plenty of room for storage. Parking in the driveway is shared with other units in the building, and is first come. There is also easy street parking. No pets, and non-smokers only!

    "There are lots of places to walk your dog here, but lots of people have their dogs off leash, so it can be unpleasant and/or dangerous. Many people also have dogs that really shouldn’t live in apartments, so barking is a problem."
