Spacious 2-Bedroom Corner Home on Quiet, Tree-Lined Street - This charming 1920s home sits above a quiet residential street in North Capitol Hill just 3 blocks to 15th Ave E (Safeway, Victrola, Smith, Bar Vacilando). The home also has a large kitchen and dining nook (with diner-like bench seats), and includes a big (approx. 8' x 10') basement storage unit at no additional cost. Beautiful windows with southern, eastern, and western exposure give this home glorious light throughout the day.

There are only four units in the building so it has a quaint, quiet feel in the middle of the city. Zone 4 street parking (plenty of parking in this part of Cap Hill) is subsidized, so the permit is free from the city of Seattle. Utilities are billed separately.
