Kitchen has hard tile and a good sized breakfast room. There is washer/dryer closet off the kitchen. Kitchen contains an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. There is a sunroom with HVAC and plenty of windows with window treatments. Master bedroom has wood plank look flooring. There is a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. There is also a master bath with a standup shower. Second bedroom has wood plank look flooring. There is a full bathroom with tub in the hall close to the second bedroom. All windows have window treatments. The air conditioner is new and efficient. The house is being rented fully furnished. The beds are in great condition. The furniture has been well taken care of. Prefer no pets. Gull Aire Village is a great community for 55+. pool at clubhouse with many other amenities.
