The home is brand new and gorgeous. There is one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. Two modern and stylish showers as well as a half bath in the master bedroom. A beautiful, high end and modern kitchen, dining room and living room. DirecTV, fiber connected internet, and a gas fireplace in the living room. There is a Washer, dryer, a lovely outdoor deck and horse shoe course set up in the back yard. Enjoy the adorable, quiet yet hip town of Lyons with so much access to the outdoors, yet just 20 minutes from downtown Boulder.

Fully furnished, all utilities included and paid for by the landlord, short term lease available by the month until April 27. No extension past this date available since it is a short term rental during the summer.

    "I live in this area and it is sometimes shocking how beautiful and serene it is. Surrounded by national forests and trails, you can find stunning rock outcroppings, smooth rock rivers and fields of wild flowers. The community is respectful of privacy but extremely helpful if needed-- as witnessed in the floods. Lyons is a close 10 miles away with a vibrant art and music community and delicious restaurants. Estes park is about 15 minutes away, which is where Rocky Mountain National Park is. There is a ton of wildlife too. Definitely a slice of heaven. "
