Home is completely furnished similar to a vacation rental with all rooms furnished, linens and towels, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Rental rate includes all utilities up to $500/month including internet, trash, propane, and electric. Home is on a well and septic. Any overages of utilities will be billed back to tenant.

Tenant is responsible for landscaping maintenance and mowing within immediate proximity of home.

    "I live in this area and it is sometimes shocking how beautiful and serene it is. Surrounded by national forests and trails, you can find stunning rock outcroppings, smooth rock rivers and fields of wild flowers. The community is respectful of privacy but extremely helpful if needed-- as witnessed in the floods. Lyons is a close 10 miles away with a vibrant art and music community and delicious restaurants. Estes park is about 15 minutes away, which is where Rocky Mountain National Park is. There is a ton of wildlife too. Definitely a slice of heaven. "
