What Locals Say about Drake

  • Unspecified
"Been here 19 years. Dogs got attacked by Mountain Lion this last year so I am ready to move somewhere less risky. Bears, Cougars, forest fires, floods, we have seen it all. Three evacuations, and the possibility of another at any moment whether it’s another forest fire or a catastrophic flood that cuts off access for months, this is not a place where people should try to live. It’s a place you go for the weekend to stay in your million dollar cabin. "

"Great location for out recreation. Plenty of hiking and fishing around property. Rocky Mountain National Park within 10 miles"
  • Lynne
"This is a wonderful, family friendly neighborhood with Christmas parties, it's own 4th of July Parade and people who help each other. The views of the surrounding mountains, the hiking, biking, hunting and fishing areas are a plus for any outdoorsman."
