    "Good access to busses and the light rail, but it’s more of a bike friendly neighborhood than walk friendly. My drive to any point in sac is 10-20 minutes depending on traffic and there’s some shops/food spots nearby so I don’t often need to leave my zip code. "

Most homes could still be owned by the heirs of the original owner. The streets are shaded by trees that have existed for generations. The actual Park is also shaded by historically aged trees, updated with a walk/run path that circles the park."
