Rental property is available starting August 1, 2026. Tours are being given only to those who submit applications. This is a very roomy, affordable two-story town house for rent with 1,210 square feet inside with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, patio, deck, front yard, and a fenced-in back yard. New carpet, new paint, and new kitchen floor. New roof completed in 2017. The 2 free parking spaces for cars are for the property and are directly in front of the townhouse. Majority of floors are carpeted. Entry way floor is laminated. Kitchen has laminated granite counter tops, laminated floor, a spacious pantry closet with multiple shelves, and additional storage cabinets. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, and a garbage disposal. Master bed suite has two equally sized closets and an additional spacious walk-in closet with a light fixture inside. There is a patio on the first floor with French style doors. Large master bedroom suite on second floor with French style doors to a walk out deck. No houses directly behind the property. Two additional bedrooms on second floor each with closets. Washer and dryer are included and located on second floor in closet space with storage shelves near all 3 bedrooms. Hallway on second floor also has a closet. There are plenty of windows throughout the townhouse for natural lighting. The townhouse has a tankless water heater, a heat pump, and is all-electric. There is a children's playground in the neighborhood. Elementary and high schools are nearby the neighborhood. The neighborhood is a community HOA, which the property owner/landlord pays the HOA fees. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and other retail stores are located close by the neighborhood. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1) Credit score of 620 or higher, 2) total household monthly minimum income 3 times the $2,500 monthly rent, 3) security deposit of $2,500, 4) tenants are responsible for the cable, electrical, phone, and water bills.

Renter is responsible for all utilities - water, electrical, cable, phone. Property is available. The first month's rent is due at signing of rental lease. Rent could be prorated if move in occurs in the middle of the month. Option to do a 2-year lease is available. NO SMOKING ALLOWED!

However, from what i see at this time, it seems to be a well cared for neighborhood, well maintained properties, friendly neighbors who smile and greet each other every day. "Dogs are always welcomed and normally the owners pick up after the dogs. Everyone is normally friendly we have yet to meet a viscous dog."

"The schools are not good. The children are unruly and disruptive. People are not as welcoming as one might think. You must keep a watchful eye on your children away from manipulators and predators as well. Be sure that your children are hanging out with others that are well behaved and respectful."
