This spacious 1 bedroom features beautiful hardwood flooring, large bay windows that let in plenty of natural light, and a flexible floorplan with sliding pocket doors that section off the bedroom/den area. The east-facing windows offer lots of light without too much heat from the sun. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range/oven and plenty of built-in cabinetry and storage. We have a laundry facility in the building, as well as gated entryway and optional reserved parking off site (within 1-2 blocks, subject to availability).
