This is a great close in downtown location. Close to everything including the U of O for those that want to be close enough without being in the thick of the student world. LOTS OF PARKING ON THE PROPERTY. There is a large 1 car garage for this unit with another spot for parking in the driveway. All solid surfaces including granite counters and vinyl plank floors. We only charge $35 a month for pet rent as well as an additional deposit of $250.
