About this House

New 4 Bedroom / 4 Bath Townhome. Every room has an A/C unit in them. Each larger than normal bedroom is your own master bedroom with your own full bathroom & walk in closets. This is a great close in downtown location. Close to everything including the U of O for those that want to be close enough without being in the thick of the student world. There is a large 1 car garage for this unit. All solid surfaces including granite counters and vinyl plank floors. We only charge $35 a month for pet rent as well as an additional deposit of $250.

Applications will be accepted beginning August 31, 2026 at 6 a.m., and will continue to be accepted until the property is rented or we have three sets of complete applications. If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the landlord's screening and application requirements.

We also have a vibrant community full of fabulous eateries and gorgeous wineries as well as an open and accepting view toward all walks of life. "
