About this House

New 4 Bedroom / 4.5 Bath Townhome. Every room has an A/C unit in them. Each larger than normal bedroom is your own master bedroom with your own full bathroom & walk in closets. This is a great close in downtown location. Close to everything including the U of O for those that want to be close enough without being in the thick of the student world. All solid surfaces including granite counters and vinyl plank floors. We only charge $35 a month for pet rent as well as an additional deposit of $250.

    "The large homeless population and alleyways that they make their home really set this neighborhood apart. Beware of drug needles while walking barefoot through the park. "

    " Safety is the biggest issue here. It's not a good residential area. Too much construction for big-ticket items right now (NW Community Credit Union and soon a new high-rise student housing monster). Also, the chronic homeless have made camps in and around there. Needles and 211 beer cans everywhere. Not good for children, and ALWAYS keep doors locked. "
