About this House

Fully furnished master bedroom and bath with king bed and a walk-in closet. A minute away from Brighton's main street and public transit. Shared kitchen, but currently no other tenants occupying rooms on the master bedroom floor.

Hi, all! My partner and I moved to Boston hoping he'd be able to attend classes in person at BU. We moved into this charming space on September 1st and have been thrilled to live here, but as time has gone on, my partner hasn't been able to attend any classes in person and won't be able to for the foreseeable future. We've been feeling homesick and lonely as we moved without family and have no contacts here. As such, we want to move back home and need an individual to take the space under a new lease arranged through our broker. We've talked with our broker and she's agreed we can arrange the situation.

You would be getting the master suite on the third floor with a private bathroom and large walk-in closet. The space is furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. Currently, there are no other tenants on the third floor, leaving it open and private. The roommates on the second floor are quiet and kind, and there's even a quaint patchwork yard in the back with a lovely tree to sit under and space for parking if you have a car. Rent is $1,500/mo. and includes utilities. The property is close to Boston University and Boston College, just a bus or bike ride away.

-The house is composed of two units, one on the first floor and one on the second and third floor (Unit 2)
-Unit 2 has 6 rooms, 3 on the 2nd floor, and 3 on the third floor, including this master bedroom
