We offer this great PHD (Personal & Home Development LLC) managed apartment for rent. Located right in the heart of downtown Jamestown. Two upstairs apartments, one in front of building and one in the rear of the building. Off street parking is available. If you pay your bills on time, take care of your place and are a good neighbor, you are a good fit with us! We want this to be your home and we welcome your furry family, cats and quite dogs under 30 lbs. (Pet security deposit and monthly fee apply). Before you view this location, let's get to know each other a little more. Below is our application. This is going to be the beginning of a great relationship!

    "It is almost impossible to get in and out of your driveway on Martin Road. If you ever need to park on the street you are doing so at a high risk of damage to your vehicle, I live very close to this listing and have experienced nothing but problems with the traffic this road brings since I moved into my home a couple of years ago. Also with the children walking by going to or leaving school, you are sure to find lots of garbage in your front yard left by them, if they do not destroy property in your front yard. consider this before purchasing on this road, there are many other homes available in this general area that are off this main road."
