About this House

Two-bedroom apartment. Laundry facilities are available. The tenant will have to find parking in the parking ramp nearby. Pets will require an additional security deposit per pet, and an additional $50 per pet, per month in rent, as well as proof of renters insurance that covers pet damage. The elevator is not working at this time. You will need to complete an application and submit it for review. Message the listing agent to get a copy of the application. After it is accepted you can see the apartments and if you like it we will then complete a background check and a credit check. The cost for these two checks is approximately $40.

    "It is almost impossible to get in and out of your driveway on Martin Road. If you ever need to park on the street you are doing so at a high risk of damage to your vehicle, I live very close to this listing and have experienced nothing but problems with the traffic this road brings since I moved into my home a couple of years ago. Also with the children walking by going to or leaving school, you are sure to find lots of garbage in your front yard left by them, if they do not destroy property in your front yard. consider this before purchasing on this road, there are many other homes available in this general area that are off this main road."
