Description

This is a beautiful all brick home that is just a 5 minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean. Lagerheads Bar & Grill has nightly music to enjoy, with stunning ocean views! This was my husband and I's dream home. We have loved the place and it has brought us so much peace and relaxation over the years!

Recently, we bought another home in Flagler Beach, but we couldn't bring ourselves to sell this house. Simply put, we love it too much. We then decided to list it and find someone who could rent it from us and love it just as much as we do.

A lot of work has been done recently on the property. It has a fully upgraded modern kitchen with amazing tile floors, 86" television in the living area with surround sound, cozy shag carpet in the living room and bedrooms, and a mid century modern beach side vibe.

The two car garage is very spacious with lots of storage space and extra room to work on stuff (which my husband loves). The home also has a brand new AC and Heat system, as well as a high end washer and dryer.

The massive windows provide tons of natural light, the neighbors are all amazing, and you just can't have an experience like this anywhere else. The beach feels private because it's rare to see more than a few people while you are out there, even for hours. We know that you will love this home just as much as we have!

It's also worth noting that the community feels very private, as you are literally on an island in a very private part of Ormond-by-the-sea. But you can easily go either direction on A1A for lots of great dining and entertainment. It's about a 12 minute drive to Ormond Beach, 25 minutes to Daytona, and 15 minutes to Flagler Beach.

We are also open to adjusted rental periods so just let us know if you are interested in renting it for a different period of time.

Renter pays utilities. No smoking is allowed inside the home, but is allowed on the front patio. We welcome any pets but remember that any damage will be deducted from the deposit. There is plenty of room for parking in the garage and also in the driveway. You can't park in the street because the neighbor across the street moves their RV in and out quite frequently and needs that space to get in and out. We do also have an RV pad next to the house where our RV will sometimes be stored.

The three bedrooms are quite large. The two guest rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom and the master bedroom has its own private master bathroom. Pictures of the bathrooms are attached. The bedrooms all have windows that provide great natural lighting, King size beds with 12" memory foam mattresses on black metal frames, high end sheets and large closets with wood hangers. There is a nice sized Florida room as well, which was recently tiled.

The house comes fully furnished. I will upload images of the bedrooms, living room and Florida room when I can!
