We are US citizens, and do not speak Spanish, but for all intents and purposes, this is a Spanish-speaking only school. By the school's own stats, 64.3% of the students have limited English proficiency! This is unacceptable! "Condo living. I have lived her for almost 20 years. I love the pine trees and birds. I can walk my dogs pretty safely at any time of the day or night. I know all of my neighbors by first name and we watch out for each other. It's quiet most of the time. "
