The property is well laid out, with a central stairwell exiting into the carpeted living room. Living room has a door opening to a small shaded backyard and fireplace. Kitchen has loads of cabinet space, stainless steel fridge, 5 burner electric range, range hood, and dishwasher. Stairwell to the two bedrooms has a nice skylight that keeps it bright and sunny. Upstairs, a small hallway splits into the two bedrooms each with their own full bath. Righthand bedroom has two closets, one small and the other large. Bathroom has toilet and stand-up shower separated from vanity. Lefthand bedroom has one large closet, a separated vanity as well, and toilet enclosed with the tub/shower combo. One car garage (open walls) as well as open parking outside.

    "I live here. This is a great neighborhood. I live on a cul-de-sac, so traffic is limited (which is great), but in general traffic if fairly slow. It is a short drive to nearly everything in town. There is a big park across the street, great for walking dogs and seeing the occasional moose. It has a big field for frisbee playing or picnics. The neighborhood is a short 5 minutes to the Far North Bicentennial Park with its miles of trails. It a quiet, mellow, established neighborhood. "
