Every bedroom includes its own walk-in closet.
Additional features include a large built-in desk that is ideal for a home office and an indoor laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer included. Outside, the expansive screened lanai overlooks a generously sized backyard, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

One dog under 30lbs will be permitted upon approval and with a pet fee.
No cats please.
Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance.

No co-signors or guarantors permitted.
We have a Strict NO Smoking or Vaping are permitted in or on the property.
