Room Description

This is a fully furnished room with a shared bathroom in a single level house. The house was built in 2021 and has tile floors and a deluxe kitchen. Washer and dryer onsite and full use of the common areas. I live in a resort style community which includes an onsite gym, multiple pools with a lazy river and so much more. The community is called Shearwater. I am a 56 year old woman with two small hypoallergenic dogs which are well behaved.

No smoking allowed inside, no overnight guests, no drugs.

The beach is located in Anastasia Island which has a lot of activities. the Lighthouse is nearby, and Saint Augustine’s beach is through the 312 bridge. There is an Amphitheatre close by which has many local and international events. Loads of restaurants, wine tasting and bars, shops/boutiques, museums including the Fountain of youth ca be visited."
