Room Description

Hey everyone - A bedroom in a Eckington rowhome is available for rent after March 1. The room has a private balcony and gets lots of natural light. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

The whole house was renovated around a few years back so all amenities are are relatively new (e.g., kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc.). Other features:

 10 minute walk from NoMa metro (red line) and a number of grocery stores (Trader Joes and Harris Teeter) and restaurants

 Free street parking

 Large private backyard

 15 minute walk to Union Market and close to major roads (Florida Ave and New York Ave)

 monthly cleaners for the house

Looking for a male roommate to sign a one-year lease. There are two other roommates you'd share the common space with on the first floor. One other guy lives in the basement but he has his own kitchen, washer dryer, heater/AC.

Monthly rent is $1300 without utilities which usually run about $100 a month per person (that covers electricity, gas, water, and internet). If interested, please message me.

1 year lease. One month deposit along with first and last months rent. No pets. Utilities not included.
