Located just two blocks from the UC Berkeley's campus on the vibrant street of Telegraph, Telegraph Commons is surrounded by all of the things that make Berkeley great including a wide variety of restaurants, convenient shopping, and of course, the UC Berkeley campus.

All of our floors offer fully loaded inspiring community kitchens, spacious & well attended to communal bathrooms (our onsite Janitorial team is amazing!!), washer and dryers on each floor, and comfortable & cozy study lounges. All rooms come with a twin-sized bed, a desk, a chair, a closet, and a small refrigerator. To move in we require first month's rent and security deposit. There is a flat date $85 Amenity Fee per person which all utilities (water, garbage, trash), all building amenities, common area cleaning, and in-room Google Fiber wifi internet.

Mostly students live in this neighborhood but there are a ton of homeless people lying on the sidewalks and they can get pretty aggressive. Plenty of cheap restaurants catering to students as well."
