Three additional guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds, and a fourth bedroom is equipped with twin over full bunk beds. Enjoy spacious living areas with fun Florida decor, a decorative fireplace, and a large dining area seating 8. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. The outdoor oasis boasts a heated saltwater pool, BBQ grill, fire pit, and a screened-in patio for year-round enjoyment. Tech and entertainment features include high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs in multiple rooms.
Pets are allowed with a fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. This does not include additional cleanings or damage. Professional shoots require permits for a fee. Guests are responsible for their own cleaning products, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients, though a starting amount of paper products, towels, and fully sheeted beds are provided.
Located in a quiet Largo neighborhood, this home offers a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. It's just 5 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and Belleair Beach, 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, and a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and scenic biking paths. Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away, and St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is 25 minutes away.
Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM. Indoor smoking and the use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited; a designated smoking area is outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. No parties or events are allowed. The noise level must stay below 80 decibels at all times; guests are automatically notified of violations by text. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed, and late check-outs past 10 AM incur a fee up to $100. Smoking violations or the presence of smoke smell may incur a minimum $250 remediation fee. House-trained, groomed pets are welcome, but unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. Guests must provide valid government-issued ID upon booking. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for safety. Routine maintenance and valet trash service are part of the stay. If you find any issues or missing amenities, allow at least 24 hours for resolution. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. Pool rules include: no lifeguard on duty, children under 13 must be attended at all times, food, drinks, glass, and pets are prohibited from entering the pool, and guests must not use the pool during lightning. Maintaining the home temperature between 68-80 degrees is required; misuse of the AC unit leading to a technician call-out may incur additional fees.
Guests have full access to the home, including the heated saltwater pool, screened-in patio, and all indoor living areas. A unique door code will be provided for easy, secure entry throughout your stay.

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
