Property owner pays for water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays for electric and any internet service. Tenant is responsible for a one-time inspection fee. This is a non-smoking building. Renter insurance is required. One year lease. No application fees, but we do run background checks on all applicants. A security deposit is due to hold a unit once application has been approved.

Dogs and cats under 40lb may be considered with additional $200 deposit and $25 a month fee (limit of 2 per unit).

    "OFallon is a great city with a small town feel. i feel safe here, feel safe to go to any part of OFallon. You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
