About this House

Springhurst condos in O'Fallon is conveniently located near Highway 364 and Highway 40/61. This two-bedroom, two full bath unit offers space and comfort. Vinyl flooring in the main living and dining area, brand new carpet in the bedrooms and includes a stackable washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and double sink vanity. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including stove, microwave, refrigerator, double sink and disposal. Just off the living room are sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with an outdoor storage closet. Covered parking spot, community pool, playground and dog park.

Property owner pays for water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays for electric and any internet service. Tenant is responsible for a one-time inspection fee. This is a non-smoking building. Renter insurance is required. One year lease. No application fees, but we do run background checks on all applicants. A security deposit is due to hold a unit once application has been approved.

Dogs and cats under 40lb may be considered with additional $200 deposit and $25 a month fee (limit of 2 per unit).

You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
