The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including stove, microwave, refrigerator, double sink and disposal. Just off the living room are sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with an outdoor storage closet. Covered parking spot, community pool, playground and dog park.

Property owner pays for water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays for electric and cable. Renters insurance is required. No application fees, we do run credit and background checks. Tenant is responsible for paying a one-time inspection fee. A security deposit is due to hold a unit within 24 hours of application being accepted.

This is a non-smoking unit. Pet friendly dogs and cats under 45lbs may be considered with an additional $200 deposit and $25 a month fee per animal (limit of 2 per unit).

    "OFallon is a great city with a small town feel. i feel safe here, feel safe to go to any part of OFallon. You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
